I can’t believe that the beginning of my third year is upon me. Sure, I know it is here, but OH MY GOODNESS it’s year 3. Year 3 the halfway mark to the P&T evaluation. It is time to evaluate where I am and where I want to be.
As I continue to strive to reach my goals for this month, I needed a bit of encouragement. Thoreau nailed it!

Well, I have been working on my 5 year plan versus my Christmas Card in Advance. The 5 year plan was a good idea to see what was going to require lots of time to accomplish and what do I want to spend my time on. For now, let’s just say what I want to do and what I am doing either is right on or is at odds of what I am doing. Gotta figure out which it is so I don’t waste my time in the long run.
